Nova Elevate Network was founded on a simple observation: the gap between a good agribusiness and a great one is rarely about market access or financing. It is about the internal foundations (the financial systems, the organizational structures, the leadership) that determine whether a business can absorb opportunity and grow.
We are a Kenya-based consultancy delivering embedded, hands-on capacity building to agriSMEs. We work closely with each business diagnosing what is genuinely limiting their growth and building the capabilities that make change stick.
